How to relocate the cable box?
Hi, I need to move the green cable box into the ground. I’m pouring concrete in my yard and it needs to moved. I called Comcast, they said someone will come out on Sunday, 6:00am-8:00pm. No one showed up. My calls are getting dropped. How do I get them to come out and move the box?

To give you a heads-up, since these pedestals are typically installed on utility easements, it's possible that we won't be able to relocate it, and there maybe be a charge to have it done if it is possible.
