How to leave a review

I have had the worst experience today. After being with the company for so long I will be going else where.

I had to talk to 8-9 different people and still couldn't get my internet transferred. I have been talking to people since 9:25 a.m. and right now just got off the phone and it's 2:07 p.m. I even went as far as to try to speak to a supervisor and his phone stopped working. The 8th person name was Allisha and she was very rude when I asked her if I could speak to a "higher up". She just kept talking over me saying "how can I help you?" Everytime I said "Can I speak to a "higher up".

No one should have to experience this from a company!!! I am just so upset. I will be going elsewhere.

 • As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
 • An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
 • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
 • Press Enter to send it
