How to get service technician to come to my house

I am not tech savy. I need a technician to come to my house to set up a TV box and to add a longer cable so that I can move another TV

Please send a private message by clicking the direct messaging chat icon in the upper right corner of the page, click on the pen and paper icon, then enter “Xfinity Support” in the “To” section. Please include your name and address and I'll be happy to help

To Direct message make sure you are signed in with your Xfinity credentials.

  1. In the top right corner, you'll see a little chat icon near the bell icon. Click the direct message icon
  2. Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
  3. In the 'To' line, type "Xfinity Support" there. A drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list (an "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line)
  4. Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
  5. Press Enter to send it. An official employee, such as myself or whoever is first available, will respond. Thanks!

Hello there @user_d2da6b!  Thanks so much for taking the time to reach out to Xfinity here on our Community Forum!  We are so glad to hear from you and want to assist in any way that we can.  No worries!  You have reached out to the right team, and we are going to get you squared away.  Let's get started!  First, in a private message, could you please provide me with your full name and complete service address (city state and zip code included)?  That way I will be able to access your account to take a look at what the issue is.
