How to get Infinity to repair cable line cut by Clearwave?
A Clearwave construction crew cut the main Xfinity cable on Mackinac Road in Homer Glen this afternoon. This is affecting multiple homes. This is not an in-home service issue. Please escalate this as a construction-damaged cable requiring an outside plant/maintenance crew. We need an external repair crew to fix an external issue that Clearwave said happened because Xfinity did not mark its cables as the other utilities did. We are shocked at Xfinity's poor response, even after we explained we rely on home internet for work.
