How to get Comcast to fix a downed wire

How can I get Comcast to respond to my requests to fix a downed wire that was laying across the street and my neighbor's driveway? My homeowner's association called to report the problem when the wire was blocking the street to my development on January 3rd. The association managed to throw string around it in several places and pull it out of the way of the street, and then had to stretch the line and hook it around several trees along the road to clear the driveway.  I called again on January 4th and was told that a technician would repair it on January 6th.  On January 8th I called again and received a ticket number, and a subsequent email that day indicated that it was "resolved" because it would be repaired by January 11th. On January 11 I spent several hours trying to determine the status of my ticket number, (which I later found out you can't do online) and I finally reached a rep who assured me that someone would be there on January 12th. It is now 8:30 pm on January 12th and the wire is still down. I am afraid that with the continued tension on the wire, it will rip loose from the connector, and many will lose their TV, phone, and internet.

A Comcast tech rep came out to our subdivision this morning to take care of the downed line. He informed us that the wire that was across the road belongs to Verizon and not Comcast. Thank you Comcast for sending out a rep to help us! We will now work on trying to get a Verizon tech rep to come out and correct the safety problem with the wire across the road.
