How to get a new activation code for military gift card?

Hello. I received an email for the prepaid gift card, unfortunately the activation code given is invalid and I wanted to ask how to receive a new code?

Thanks for posting on our community forums, user_lxo0h0. For assistance with your prepaid card, you'd have to contact our Xfinity Promotion Center at 1-833-269-9036. Hours of operation are 7:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m. CT, seven days a week.
