How to Direct Message

I do not see the direct message feature.  I need to turn off internal voice mail and the directions say to send a direct message.  I don't see the "text bubble" to do this. Please help.

Please send a direct message to us by clicking the chat icon in the upper right corner of the page, click on the pen and paper icon, then enter “Xfinity Support” in the “To” section. Please include your full name and complete street address.

Just an FYI:

Direct messaging isn't allowed until an official employee asks you to do so; it's against the Forum Guidelines and the Acceptable Use Policy to send anyone an unrequested DM/PM.  Also note, if you do send one without being asked to do so, it could possibly be ignored.
  
 Please post your issue in public in the proper forum so that it can be addressed either by other customers or by an Official Employee.
