How to Change Caller ID name associated with Xfinity landline telephone number

I am the account holder and only person on my Xfinity account.  Have landline service with Xfinity. Former spouse name still shows up as the caller ID on outgoing calls.  How do I update to my name?   I am unable to locate the DM icon.

Hello, thank you for reaching out and creating a new post. I hope you are doing great today : ) I understand you are having trouble with the name displayed when you call out, and we can gladly look into this further. You stated you were the only person currently on the account. Was your spouse at any time listed as the primary account holder, or do you recall if they ported the line over to us when they started services? As you can read about here, https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/about-caller-id, some caller ID units may display a previously-stored name. Is this occurring when you call both landlines and mobile numbers?

Hello:   First, thanks for responding so quickly.  Yes the account was originally set up under his name.  The account was transferred to me about 1 year ago and billing has accurately reflected my information on the account.  His contact information was removed from the landline phone equipment.  (I did not know the caller ID on the land line was still reflecting his name until last week.) I do not know about porting the line. This is only occuring on the land line service which is under XFinity.  Is this something that can be changed by going into the service center to discuss with a representative?
