how to cancel service - seems impossible with all the runaround
How can I cancel service and stop the billing. Xfinity seems to be giving me the runaround and keeps billing me increasing amounts. Do I need to take them to small claims court?

• Click the "Direct Message chat" icon
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send it

I’m a dissatisfied customer of Xfinity Mobile and will be moving my business elsewhere after getting the runaround. I went to an Xfinity store for help and they told me to use the chat feature online.
I went online and the first person I spoke with couldn’t help me, transferred me to another person, who also could not help me and told me to go to an Xfinity store in person.
Now that the runaround is a full circle I am grateful to know the process for cancellation. Truly awful customer service has lost you another customer, Xfinity.
