Received text from Xfinity telling me to activate my streaming subscriptions. Not sure what this means.

Hello, @user_r5jgnq thank you for reaching out over Xfinity Forums. You've contacted the right place for assistance, and want to help answer your question. The activation message could pertain to one of therse:

Free Peacock Premium: this is available for customers who subscribe to 1 Gigabit or above Internet service or are  Platinum or Diamond Xfinity Member: https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/peacock-premium-offers

Some of our internet promotions now include Disney+ and Hulu: https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/disney-plus-hulu

If you have TV service, depending on your package ESPN Unlimited is available for free. Here is a helpful Forum post I found that has more information: https://forums.xfinity.com/conversations/x1/espn-unlimited/69a76fedd8416000e8710aa1

You can visit this website: https://www.xfinity.com/yoursubscriptions > log in with your Xfinity ID and Pasword > any subscriptions that are available for activation should have an activation button next to them > then follow nthe prompts for set up.

Please let me know if that was helpful.

I just signed up xfinity cable and was told that Disney+ and hulu came with that at no extra cost. But when I try to access that streaming bundle, I am asked which plan I want to purchase. The man who signed me up told me I only had put in my xfinity user name and password to access it. But there is no where to do that. How do I do it?

HI @user_fgnjqp Thank you for your comment on the thread. Are you able to try the suggestions above from my colleague on the activation?
