Greetings @user_7276f4 , Our early termination fees (ETF) are prorated, which means they decrease with every month of service left on the contract. The early termination fee is set at $10 per month, except the first month, because we do not charge an early termination fee within the first 30 days of selecting a plan.
We would love to keep you around, so that you can avoid this charge, was there any particular reason you were looking into this?
