How many times does an appointment change?

We sat at home for an appointment today scheduled between 10A and 12P.  I called at 4:30P because no one showed.  I was told the appointment was actually scheduled between 6A and 6P, and there was NO record of an earlier appointment.  I called at 6:30P because no one came yet.  This time only a recording was able to be reached, and it said the appointment was scheduled between 7A and 10P.  ARE YOU KIDDING ME?  SERIOUSLY?
