How long until my new plan/speed starts?
I upgraded my plan from 150 mbps to 500 mbps but I am still getting my old speed and nothing on my account seems to reflect the upgrade. When will I see the faster speed? I also added auto pay from my bank account, when will I see that discount on my upcoming bill? Thank you in advance

Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:
• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message" icon (upper right corner of this page)
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send your message
