How long is a Comcast suspension where it says our address isn’t serviceable and used to be?

We had Comcast service for years and there were some unfortunate people who came into my life and did some malicious acts to our internet which made it look like we did but didn’t and was wondering how long this suspension will remain on our address we literally have no other options in our area for fast internet so we would like to be unsuspended we just don’t know how to proceed ?
