How long am I supposed to wait for my equipment to ship? the label was created 3 days ago.

How long am I supposed to wait for my equipment to ship?  The tracking number for the shipment that has was sent to me has been stuck at "UPS doesn’t have possession of the package yet. Estimated delivery date will be available as soon as we get the package. " Since it was created on 5/5 in the morning.  It seems absurd to me that I Comcast paid for overnight shipping but cant send me my equipment.  I ordered this service on 5/3.

- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
