How do I talk to a human representative at Comcast about my bill - it's incorrect.

The virtual assistant online, via text, and on the phone is not able to help me resolve my issue and I'm stuck in a loop. How do I talk with a human representative at Comcast to resolve the incorrect bill I have received this month?

My Internet bill is incorrect this month. I have called the number you shared, the general XFinity phone number, talked with the virtual assistant via the comcast website and text. I am not having my issue resolved and I'm close to cancelling my services with Comcast at this point. I cannot get in touch with a representative and it's taking far too much time to resolve this problem.
