How do I speak with someone

I’ve tried multiple times to contact this company’s support, and it’s been nothing but a dead end. Every phone number I’ve found just leads to an automated system that loops me back to the main menu. There is no way to speak with a live person, which is incredibly frustrating.

To make matters worse, every time I try to log into my account, I get a message saying my access is restricted. I’m the only person on this account, and I can’t even view or pay my bill. This level of customer service is unacceptable—especially when it prevents me from managing my own account.

At this point, I just want someone—anyone—from the company to reach out and help resolve this issue. I shouldn't have to jump through hoops just to get basic support.

I am having a similar problem this morning.  All I want to do is add phone service for my mother, and I could not get through to a person.  The automated customer service "robot" kept asking me questions, and I tried my best to answer them, but some questions I did not know the answe.  All I needed I was to speak to a real person.  Finally, after multiple attempts, I got an option for a real person to call me back.  It should not be this difficult to do this.  I was very disappointed and frustrated and angry with this experience.  And it's not the first time.
