How can I schedule a technician to come out to resolve my wifi poor performance?

@user_wp48x9 first we start with remote troubleshooting then if needed we send a tech out. What steps have you already completed on your own?

I have taken EVERY effort and had a tech out about a week or so ago.  TV worked for a few days, then didn't.  I need a tech to come fix this!!!!!!!
