How do I return a Storm Ready pod?

I've been trying for over two weeks to return a Storm Ready pod that I'd ordered on Dec 14th, 2023. I've been to my "local" (25 miles away) xfinity store, I've filled out the online form no less than 6 times, and I've even chatted with customer support. Nothing seems to be getting any traction on returning this useless (for me) device. In-Store I was told that they can't accept returns for online orders and was sent a link to the online form (https://www.xfinity.com/xfi-pods-return-form). I've completed the form (even working through the data validation errors for the "Apt or Suite*" field -- I live in a detached home so this doesn't apply) each time receiving the "We'll email you in 24-48 hours" message. When I chatted with customer service, I was told they'd escalated to the "return team" and "they'll contact you (me) within 48 hours" -- that was 4 days ago.

Today marks the end of my 30-days-to-return window and regardless of how much I've tried to get help from xfinity, I haven't gotten squat (aside from an inflated bill).

What do I need to do to get someone from xfinity to tell me how to return this thing (along with the new cable modem/router that came with it) for a refund?
