How do I report property damage caused by Comcast

Dear Comcast, We have no common area outdoor lighting to our buildings and parking lot.

Comcast is doing new construction at [Edited: "Personal Information"] area installing service access lines to our five residential buildings there.

They dug in our parking lot without the area being Julie located and  in the process punctured our waterline. They repaired the hole and Cold patched our parking lot but since then we have had no common area outdoor lighting. No lights on the buildings or to the parking lot lights that illuminate the area at night it is now pitch black. Please repair this.

[Edited: "Inflammatory"] I even had someone come to my home to take pictures of the damage they did.  He gave me a business card with a phone number I cannot use to reach him and told me someone would be in touch first thing Monday.  It's now Wednesday, my damage ticket is closed (there is no way you can view any action they've taken on your tickets so that system is also [Edited: "Language"]), nobody has contacted me and I have a hole on the interior and exterior of my home where their technician drilled through my walls trying to fix something which, after four hours, he decided he couldn't fix.  Now I've paid more than $200 to get the original problem fixed and who knows how much I'm going to have to pay to repair the damage to my walls and have them repainted!! [Edited: "Inflammatory"]

Comcast recently installed underground fiber in my area, running it under my driveway and other driveways in my community, and now I have a sinkhole.  This presents a major safety hazard and needs to be repaired immediately.  Who do I contact to get the repair done immediately?

I am having a similar problem with trying to get help and to speak to anyone regarding damage to the front of my moms property who is not a xfinity customer. Work was done in front of home.  The sidewalk along with the brick in front of her yard was broken out. Sidewalk was replaced but brick was just tossed up on the plants and landscaping. We want the damage fixed.
