How do I reactivate a claim for Personal Property Damage?

I was having Xfinity installed, and the installers cut my invisible fence (though I had indicated that we had a sprinkler system and invisible fence). I was unaware that they were coming that day. I opened a claim, and they came to take photos. Then, the fence was repaired, but I didn't receive a bill right away. I guess it took too long and my claim was closed out. Well, I've now received the bill for the fence repair. They had someone come out, but he didn't know it was for a claim, he thought there was something wrong with the router. So, how do I reopen or start a new claim?

CupcakeBaker Thanks for reaching out — that sounds incredibly frustrating, especially after already going through the process and not having the timing line up. We want to make sure this gets back in the right hands for you.

Concern moved here to the Customer Service help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

I had a similar incident. I received a couple of calls months later after filing a claim. They came out took pictures never heard from them again. I called/texted the individual who reached out to me and they told me it's under review. Still haven't heard anything.
