How do I postpone a cancellation
I am moving and have been delayed. How do I postpone a scheduled cancellation that is upcoming in two days. I need to extend it ten days but have been unable to get assistance. I tried to direct message Xfinity support but it is not working.

You can typically reschedule online here : https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/xfinity-my-account-app-manage-appointments but we would be happy to adjust the date for you manually if you prefer! Please send a direct message to us by clicking the chat icon in the upper right corner of the page, click on the pen and paper icon, then enter “Xfinity Support” in the “To” section. Please include your full name and complete street address. Thanks!
