how do i know when i'm going to receive my xfinity rewards bluetooth speakers?
hi, i'm a diamond on the xfinity rewards program and around mid december before xmas i claimed a bluetooth speaker reward and i dont know when i should receive this item since nothing was mailed to my email to alert me that this item was being shipped.
is there anyway to know when am going to receive my reward? thank you in advance!

It can take up to 6 weeks to receive. If you ordered in mid December there's still time. I'm waiting for mine too.

I got a confirmation email for a Visa card, but not for the speaker. There are conformations of both at the bottom of the Rewards page.

I also did not receive a confirmation email. Does anybody know who to contact to find out about the status of the shipment? For example, does calling Comcast help?

Received mine today. It looked used from the scratches and scuff marks on the bottom. Tried it out and sound was lousy. Going straight to the Goodwill pile.

Received mine today. I was actually notified by UPS a few days ago. You need to sign up for a free account to be notified. Good luck.

Mine was also ordered in December and arrived today, 1/24 via UPS. I did not receive notice it was being shipped.

I received a tracking # for my bluetooth speaker by signing up for UPS MyChoice. Status showed that a shipping label was created on 12/28/21 and "On the Way" with origin scan Baltimore, MD. The package was scheduled to arrive on Jan 14, 2021. It did not arrive. Status showed "Delayed" with no future delivery date. It has been 18 days since the scheduled delivery date, and the status still says "Delayed" and no future delivery date. I think they lost track of the package and stopped updating.
When I tried to contact UPS to file a claim to track the package, they told me to contact the shipper which is Xfinity. My package was never delivered. Please either contact UPS to follow up on my package or send me a new one. I don't want to post my tracking # on a public forum so let me know how I can give it to you privately. Thanks

Ordered 12/28. Still nothing. No confirmation email. The rewards site says "active." Ok, so what does that mean?
