no, it pops up all the time on my desktop.  Even when I am not using the comcast site.

Thank you for the information @jeanne.l. That is very odd indeed. How long has that been occurring? Have you tried clearing your cache and cookies?

jeanne.l You may want to try uninstalling and reinstalling Google Chrome to see if that fixes the issue. It is very unusual that this is happening since the Support pop-up should only trigger when you come to our site, it doesn't function as an extension that would be present regardless of the site you visited.
