How do i get a replacement power cord for a modem

I need a replacement power cord. I believe the modem cord has a shortage it randomly goes out or reset at the slightest bump. I am in endless loops with solution constantly being the idea to restart the modem vs getting to an agent to address more likely the real issue of a faulty cord or modem.

Concern moved here to the Customer Service help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

user_vn9lin Greetings! Thank you so much for using our Forums and for taking the time out of your day to contact our team. You came to the right place for help and we are happy to walk you through your options on getting the new power cord for your modem. A new one can be picked up in-store at no cost or waiting in line (ask the front counter), or we can ship a new modem kit to the home. There is a one-time shipping cost of $15 that will be applied to the next bill, and you will receive it in 3-5 days.
