How do I get a receipt??
I have spent hours on a very simple request: I need an ITEMIZED RECEIPT for a final iPhone 14 payment I made on December 6 with the remaining balance before payment, how many payments made before this, phone number associated with the phone, date, etc.
I have called and chatted with support numerous times over several days with no resolution. They either tell me they can't send this to me or "I will receive it in a few hours" which I never receive. I know I am entitled to a simple receipt for a $300 payment and it is absurd it is this difficult to obtain. What is the best way to proceed here?

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it.
