How do I get a phone number for my local office?
The Comcast central help service does not have numbers for local offices.
But I absolutely need to talk to the local office, or specifically the department that sends out the trucks to do outage repairs.
A Comcast truck did major damage to my recently sodded lawn, and I need to talk to the local office to do the report and request the repairs. The Comcast Help could not help me with this. I have pictures of the truck and the damage that I need to get to the local people. I live in Ann Arbor, Michigan.

How do I report property damage done to my property by a Comcast/Xfinity truck?
The driver said he was going to have his supervisor call me ... he took my phone number... but no call resulted.
I have a dozen pictures of the Comcast truck stuck in my lawn, showing all the torn-up sod. I want to show Comcast these pictures and have them repair the damage they did. I had my lawn sodded just two months ago at a cost of $20,000. Now to have that torn up is just unacceptable.
Just as upsetting is the fact that Comcast is ignoring this incident of damage. They have to acknowledge it since they called an outside tow truck to pull their truck out of my lawn.

I had the same problem years ago and was told to get an estimate which I did. After a lot of back and force I was reimbursed. Good thing you have pictures for evidence like I did. It was covered by their fleet insurance Company.

thank you. My problem right now is that Comcast won't return calls or contact me or provide me with a phone number to call for the local office that handles the trucks. They created a ticket but that has resulted in nothing.

Thank you for your help in bringing this to Comcast's attention! I was unable to get anywhere with their call center - apparently this is not the kind of issue they deal with. So I so much appreciate your help and let's hope it has some positive results.
