How do I downgrade to just internet service ? (Removing TV Service)

I have been on your website for over an hour trying to figure out how to remove my TV service.  Half of the links on the main page for changing service options bounce back to that same page.  I can only see how to ADD features to my tv, there is no way to remove the service altogether.  The only option to look at only internet plans tells me the deals are for new customers only. Your chat option does not have any available representatives, your call wait times are ~2 hours.

My bill has steadily increased each year (starting at a deal rate of $50 4 years ago, $67 when the deal ended, $88 the next year, $108 the next year, and now $122 this year).  So, even after my deal rate ended my bill has still doubled in 3 years for absolutely zero additional services or service improvements.  Each year I have gotten on your website and tried to figure out how to remove the TV service we don't even use but your website is intentionally obstructive. There is no way such a huge company as comcast can't manage to have a properly functioning website that allows customers to change their plans, this is by design to prevent people from making changes which would lower their bill.

To send a "direct message" / "private message" message to Xfinity Support:

 • Click "Sign In" if necessary

 • Click the "Direct Message" icon or https://comca.st/3JG3PFH 

 • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

 • The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

 •  - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

 •  - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

 • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

 • Press Enter to send it
