How do I connect with a live agent to address a downed cable line to my home?
This is the second time that a truck or some large falling branch has disconnected the Xfinity cable line running across (and over) the street to my house. I have been through all the phone prompts and processes but am still unable to connect with an agent to dispatch a technician to fix the cable outside the house.
