HOW DO I CANCEL?????

I have been sent in multiple circle. Website down, chatbot broken, sent me to a cancel page to schedule a call back ([Edited: "Profanity"]?) but that page broken. Nobody answers the phone, no way to cancel online. DO I REALLY HAVE TO DRIVE TO A STORE AND DO THIS IN PERSON? I will NEVER buy anything from this company again
