Hello, user_rlwr28. Our team can help. If you can please send a direct chat message with your full name and complete service address to “Xfinity Support”, I'd be happy to look into this with you. To do so, click on the chat icon located at the top right of this forum's page.

Here are the detailed steps to direct message us:
• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send your message

I want to stop xfinity as I no longer need this e-mail.  I pay $100 per month and no longer use it.

Hi there @papatow ,
That sounds like a very expensive email. I do want to let you know that you will still have access to your comcast.net email even after you disconnect your services as long as you log in to the Xfinity email website at least once in the 90 days prior to disconnecting, and it will remain active as long as you log in to the Xfinity email website once every 9 months. I am aware that you no longer use this email, but it never hurts to know this information, so I will add a link with some additional information below.
Use Xfinity Email if you've disconnected your service

I would hate to see you go, but I understand how important it is to self audit the services that you are actually taking advantage of in your life, so please send our team a direct message with your full name, the name listed on the account (if different), and the service address associated with your account.

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it.
