How do I cancel landline?

We no longer need our landline and wish to have it disconnected.  I can't change my plan on the website and I can't find a phone number to speak with an agent.  This seems like it should be simple.  I can't even find how much we are being charged for the landline - its just lumped together with our other services on our monthly statement. Can anyone help with this?

Hello Courtney3. We appreciate you visiting and posting on our Forums. I can assist with reviewing your account and the options available to repackage your services without home phone services. To get started, please send me a private message and include your full name and service address so I can assist you.

Hi, @ladanti. We are happy to help if you send a private message.

1. In the top right corner, you'll see a little chat icon. Click this "Peer to peer chat" icon near the bell icon

2. Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

3. In the 'To' line, type "Xfinity Support" there. A drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list (an "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line)

4. Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

5. Press Enter to send it. An official employee, such as myself or whoever is first available, will respond. Thanks!

I no longer work for Comcast.

I am an Official Xfinity Employee.
