How do I actually speak to someone

I have tries the chat it's ALL AI and i can't get a live person and I called as well and same thing this is the WORST customer service I have ever in MY LIFE!!!!!!!!!

Using the XFINITY Assistant, you should get to a live person via the prompts if your issue is not able to be solved with the responses. The sames as when calling in. However, we can also assist you here! What was the issue you were looking for help with?
