How do a create a customer complaint about a xfinity retail sales executive [Edit]

I entered a Xfinity store and spoke to [Edit: "Personal Information"]. he was very condescending. Based his answers to my question with very age discriminating answers. I would like to place a person complaint against [Edit: "Personal Information"]. He is an egotistical unpleasant person to deal with and did not help me at all.

How to Send Us a Direct Message:

  5. As you type, a drop-down list will appear. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
  6. An "Xfinity Support" graphic will replace the "To:" line.
  7. Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window.
  8. Press Enter to send it.
