how cancel NOW tv

Oh my gosh your customer service is an evil joke. It is literally impossible to reach a human being. I have been trying to cancel NOW TV for weeks and your stupid AI can't do it. And there appears to be no person answering the phone in your whole company. A new internet provider is string cable in our town and I can't wait to switch to a company with actual customer service. --

Hi there, @user_ap37eu I do apologize for the inconvenience you are experiencing trying to cancel your NOW TV. You should be able to cancel NOW TV by visiting the Entertainment Management page. Just make sure you’re signed in to your Xfinity account using your Xfinity ID and password.-Richard

Thanks for reaching out to us, I can assist you with helping you cancel your Xfinity services, and this link https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/returning-your-equipment gives you information on how to return the Xfinity equipment at one of our local Xfinity stores or UPS locations,  which you just need to return the equipment within 30 days of the cancellation of your account to avoid being charged for unreturned equipment.

 

 Go ahead and send me a direct message and i can assist you with the cancellation of your account. To send a direct message you may need to:

Click "Sign In"

Click the "direct message" icon

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your Message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it

@XfinityOrlandoM​ Nope. I literally spent hours on chat, in the Xfinity store & researched. The NOW Xfinity has made it impossible to manage, now cancel my NOW.

No kidding. I have ni devices that will wotk with NOW TV, was not given prooer info, just scanmed me into agreeing to this, now NO ONE will cancel this. Transfer me over and over and website keeps redirecting. Its a nightmare. This is NO tv, not NOW tv
