How can I transfer my past movie purchases to my new account after moving?

I had 32 movies and 7 or 8 TV series purchased before my move. I had a TV box on my old account but I don't any longer. In my new account, none of those show up.  I already created a moviesanywhere account, but nothing shows up there. How can I get these back?

I use the same username to login at the new address; I don't know if anything was transferred.

user_ggv0ho No need to disclose your username. In this case, you should be able to access your purchases on the xfinity Stream website. Give these steps a try: 
 
  1. Sign in to the Xfinity Stream App or Website:

    • Go to Xfinity Stream 
    • Sign in with your Xfinity ID and password.
  2. Navigate to Purchases:

    • In the app or website, locate the Purchases section. This is where all movies, shows, and other content you’ve purchased will be available for streaming.
  3. Use Xfinity Stream for Purchased Content:

    • Even without an active TV subscription, your purchased content remains accessible through the Xfinity Stream app or website.

Yes I did that as well. My Stream app shows only the 1 new movie I purchased on my new account. The other 32 movies, etc do not show up on the Stream app.

Also the Stream website shows the same thing; only shows movies from my new Xfinity account number, not the old account number.
