Not easy to actually get someone on the phone. I find the best way is to keep saying
"agent" to the recording and eventually they get you to somebody

Thank you for trying to troubleshoot the pixelation that you are experiencing. I can only imagine how frustrating it has been for you and your husband. It would be my pleasure to assist you with talking a look and further troubleshooting. Could you please send our team a direct message with your full name and full address? Our team can most definitely take a further look at this issue. To send a "Peer to peer" ("Private") message:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Peer to peer chat" icon
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send it

Hello and how are you doing today, @user_6839d7. I am sorry to hear that you possible missed the game due to the services or equipment not working. It has been almost 24 hours since you posted. Are you still having issues or where you able to get this resolved?

Xfinity service tech Wyatt went through the troubleshooting again.  Changed out the HDMI cable again. Pixelation continues on Channels 4, NBC, ROOT, HLN, and CNN; not on NetFlix.

Wyatt says a tech must come out.
