How can I redeem movies from the rewards program via the browser?
Hello,
I recently "claimed" a movie reward for Ghostbusters but I'm not sure how to get it.
The instructions say:
1. Open "Purchases" or say "Purchases" into your voice remoteYour movie will appear in approximately 2 hours.
2. Select Ghostbusters
Press play and enjoy!..yet about a day later whenever I go to purchases section on the xfinity stream website, nothing shows up and thus I can't get the movie.
Am I missing something or is there no way to actually get the movie online?

Hey there, thanks for reaching out through Xfinity Forums regarding your Xfinity Rewards redemption. Are you able to visit the Xfinity app or xfinity.com/Rewards and sign in to your Xfinity account? You can then view your redemption history to see if it is showing that the movie reward was redeemed. Do you see the movie reward in your history?
