How can I reach out to Comcast Corporate?

Here's the issue I first noticed dropouts of the service 2 months ago during bad weather. This means a cable/fitting is coming loose. I reported to Xfinity technical support and have several trucks out here and they did nothing. Now my connection is in so bad of shape the I can't use it for work (Work from home position) I have had many years with Xfinity so I know the signs of an issue about to happen. I also did tier 2 tech support for Xfinity as well so I know the ins and outs of knowing when an issue is about to occur which is why I reached out to the technical support line so I could get the issue resolve before it became a major issue. 3 months later its now a major issue. I checked my Arris s33v2 modem and its showing tons of uncorrectable errors the SNR for the downstream is as low as 26db the incoming power level is -15. Why won't these repair techs listen to the customer when their is an issue? [Edited: "Personal Information”]
