How can I look up a move order?

I filled out, on line, our out of state move information.  I received the order number and it said that a customer service rep would call.  She called and asked the same questions.  She said the new address wasn't correct, it is.  In fact, the service had been at the location before.  She then said she was having trouble getting the computer to process and was calling a supervisor.  We were put on hold  and was hung up on, she never called back.  If I have to make a trip to the store and wait for hours, I am not going to be a happy camper as we are leaving the end of the week.  So frustrating.  You have to sign in to put in the request, they should have that same information on their end.  I have my own equipment even.  It isn't too difficult.  Should I call or wait in line at the store, it is nuts at the store here and no appt's until the middle of the week.
