How can I determine whether my data was accessed in Xfinity's Oct 2023 data breach?

The number provided for idx, the "response team on 24/7 call" left me on hold for over 2 hours and I still wasn't able to connect with anyone. The pdf posted on xfinity's site doen't provide enough details, and I can't find a way to figure out if my data was accessed and what was compromised for me specifically. Very dissapointed in xfinity with the few months that I've been with them...

Concern moved here to the Customer Service help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

@AO12345 If you have additional questions, please contact IDX, Xfinity’s incident response provider managing customer notifications and call center support, at 888-799-2560 toll-free Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM EST, excluding federal holidays. More information is available on the Xfinity website at www.xfinity.com/dataincident

This is exactly the same frustrating canned response, that illustrates my disappointment. The first two lines of my post describe that I have tried the IDX number, and was placed on an indefinite hold, and that the generic pdf posted on Xfinity's site doesn't tell individual users how they are affected. The Xfinity Employee: "Call the same number, and here's a link to that same pdf". Beyond frustrating. Also just to post this, I had to try my phone, my PC (two different browsers), and then a Mac, because Xfinity's Post/Reply function is apparently broken as noted here:

https://forums.xfinity.com/conversations/getting-started/forum-not-allowing-me-to-post-from-pc/6434b1990edf624dbe0ab24d

, but they're "actively working" on it as of 7 months ago, so I'm sure it'll be fixed any day now /s. If someone is reading this and thinking to moving to Xfinity, I highly recommend you reconsider. I plan to change providers once my current "new account deal" is over.
