How can I check the status of my open ticket (ticket opened on 5/3/23)

An Xfinity Support Tech opened a service ticket for my ongoing internet speed issues on 5/3/23 and was supposed to follow up with me via phone within a few hours that same day but I was never contacted again and haven't received any updates since this ticket was created a few weeks ago.

My internet service/speeds are still experiencing the same errors/issues with zero signs of improvement since this ticket was created.

I would appreciate an update on the status of my open ticket or instructions on how I can check the status of my open ticket online.

Thank you in advance!IMG_1017.jpgIMG_1018.jpgIMG_1019.PNGIMG_1020.PNG

Hi there @user_1565c0!  Thanks so much for taking the time to reach out to Xfinity Support here on our Community Forum.  We are so glad to hear from you and want to help in any way that we can.  No worries!  You have reached out to the right team, and we are going to make sure things are taken care of for you.  So that we can get a closer look at things, please feel free to shoot us a private message with your full name and service address.  That way we can access your account and check on that ticket for you.

To send a "direct message" / "private message" message to Xfinity Support:

 • Click "Sign In" if necessary

 • Click the "Direct Message" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging

 • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

 • The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

 •  - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

 •  - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

 • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

 • Press Enter to send it
