The bigger issue, however, is your terse communication. Very poor customer service. I'll be presenting this chat transcript to Xfinity. Hopefully you'll improve.

Please accept my most sincere apology, but we are unable to assist with NOW Internet concerns. With the enrollment of service, we are also not able to change the shipping address and will be shipped to the service address of the new account. If this option does not work for you, you are always free to visit a local Xfinity Store to order and pick up the Getting Started Kit for the NOW Internet service. If you need any additional support for the Now Internet, please be sure to chat them again as that is there only support avenue.
