Houston Outage ETA changed
We've been in an outage for about a week and a half already and no one has come by to fix it. We were given an ETA of May 23rd, at approximately 7:55pm and the day before the date it was changed to "as soon as possible". Our whole street has power I don't see why we're still waiting to have our internet restored.

It’s terrible. My area of 77079 is still with no internet the representative was useless and kept trying the modem. I kept asking when the repair would be done and they said I need a technician to come out. I need internet to work. Other people in our neighborhood with different providers have internet just fine.
