Horrible service
My husband has been trying to transfer his phone number from one iPhone to another. Should be simple but it just isn’t working, so he went from a chatbot (useless) to chatting with an agent (not much better) to FINALLY managing to get someone on the phone. All said, he spoke with four different people, all of whom were just trying to pass the buck and get him to hang up without resolving the issue. At various points they were offering “troubleshooting” tips that didn’t make sense or that he had very clearly already tried. We’ve been xfinity customers since 2019 and had just gotten lucky enough to never need to call their customer service line. Now that we have, we will never recommend them to anyone else and the only reason we won’t switch is that we can’t get internet from another carrier in our building.

Correction: he never even spoke to people on the phone, the four different employees were still just chatting with him. No one ever acknowledged that he asked to speak to an actual person on the phone.
