Horrible service
We've been losing internet on a daily basis for months. We've had two different technicians come out, replaced equipment twice, and it's still happening. Also, customer service is horrible. It's darn near impossible to talk to an agent. Now I'm trying to cancel service and I've been on hold for over an hour.

Same thing here. I work from home and constantly losing Wi-Fi in the middle of meetings. They came out and replaced some things outside yet it still happens. TV messages constantly saying there's no internet connection yet if I use my Samsung TV control to go to my streaming apps I don't get any messages and I am not kicked out of shows. I have had Comcast for well over 20 years and I am about 10 minutes away of canceling them forever. Sometimes it takes almost 3 hours to watch a 2-hour movie because it keeps kicking us out of the movie with those ridiculous messages that mean nothing.
