Horrible ex-customer service
Canceled service 3/10/26. Received confirmation number and told I would receive a refund of $15.80. I received a past due bill and contacted customer service. I was told by customer service representative Siddhi that my account was in good standing and the past due bills would be removed. Now in May I received a bill for $407. I have talked to multiple people who have put me on hold and hung up on me. Now they are saying I owe $129 to get rid of the bill and account. This seems like shady business practice. After being on the phone for over an hour I was hung up on again

When it comes to a billing concern like this it's best we work in a direct message, so we can review account specific information right away. But we can make the situation right! You can use the Direct Messaging icon at the top of the page to send your name and service address to "Xfinity Support." If you could also provide the confirmation number or any screenshots confirming the date the account closed this would be perfect 👍
