Horrible Customer service

I had an appointment today technician never showed up and reported I missed the appointment with 5 people at home call me as soon as possible [Edited: "Personal Information"]

Hello @user_e8cwtt and thank you for reaching out via our Xfinity Community forum.  It sounds as if you've had a bit of a frustrating experience, but we'd like to help you out.  😀

To do so, we request that you please send us a direct message that includes your full name, and the service address on the account using the attached instructions.  Once we can locate you account, we would be happy to proceed to assist you!

How to Send Us a Direct Message:

  1. Click "Sign In" if necessary.
  2. Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or visit Xfinity Direct Messaging.
  3. Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon.
  4. In the "To:" line, type "Xfinity Support".
  5. As you type, a drop-down list will appear. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
  6. An "Xfinity Support" graphic will replace the "To:" line.
  7. Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window.
  8. Press Enter to send it.
