Horrible customer service
My bill went up by 30$ randomly. I called to fix it and the lady insisted I had to pay it. But it could be fixed next month by switching to a different plan. It’s the 2nd of the month, and I JUST paid last months. When I told her I was thinking about canceling service I got hung up on. Real professional 👏

The most common reason that your bill would increase is because you may have come off of a promotional rate. In the spirit of transparency, we provide a listing of the active promotions, the amount saved, and the end date on each and every billing statement. It would be under your services in green text. If you are doing paperless billing, you can check your statements with the directions here : https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/view-xfinity-billing-history We can work with you to check it out and make any changes if needed!
