Hit cable line

I work for an irrigation company we hit an umarked line I can;t get anyone on the phone who understands me plz help

Hello @user_d331a9 ! Yikes! Initial thought, I would recommend you dial 811 or to contact the municipality. If you know for sure it is a cable line, are you in contact with the person who gets service from it?

@XfinityFrank​ My customers have xfinity, I am trying to get through to someone who works for xfinity to get this repaired but its IMPOSSIBLE and super annoying to get through to you guys and get someone who can help me , this happens more than you think its not a big deal except for my customer who would love her internet to be repaired

This needs to be done by somebody authorized on the account. 1-800-Xfinity (1-800-934-6489) is an option or use one of these contact methods listed in the article below. The Xfinity Assistant is also an option to troubleshoot and set up an appointment to save time!
